Ingredients
- Plain yogurt - 1 cup (240 ml)
- Cold water - 1 cup (240 ml) - adjust for desired consistency
- Salt - to taste
- Buttermilk masala - 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp (adjust to your preference) or Spicy chaas masala - 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp (adjust to your preference)

Cooking Time: 5 minutes (prep time)

Instructions:
- In a deep vessel, add 1 cup of curd (plain yogurt).
- Whisk the curd thoroughly until it is smooth and free of lumps.
- Add salt as per your taste.
- Pour in 1.5 cups of water and mix well until fully combined.
- Add 1 teaspoon of chaas masala and 1/4 teaspoon of NG Masala Dabba Buttermilk Masala (For a soothing and refreshing experience) or NG Masala Dabba Spicy Chaas masala (For a tasty punch)
- Whisk the mixture until everything is well incorporated and smooth.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Serve the chaas chilled. Enjoy the refreshing blend of spices alongside your favourite dishes or as a standalone beverage.
