Cancellation Policy

  1. N.G Masala Dabba allows its customers to cancel their orders up to 3 hours after their order confirmation is done. However in case the order is still not processed or shipped, N.G Masala Dabba will still allow its customers to cancel their orders and we will refund any payments already made by the customer for the order as credits which can be used for further purchases anytime in future. But once the shipment has been done, N.G Masala Dabba does not encourage any cancellations.
  2. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defines the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
  3. N.G Masala Dabba shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organization/s, manufacturers/shop etc. (vendors), flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond the control of N.G Masala Dabba.

Returns & Refund Policy

  1. Orders once placed & processed through our website may not be cancelled or refunded.
  2. Estimated Delivery Time is the approximate 7-8 days to deliver the Food items to the Customer. In the event of any delay or default in such delivery, N.G Masala Dabba shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same.
  3. In the event the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the food items, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts. However if there is any shortfall in delivery or the food items such as they had split / or were damaged, the Customer shall at the time of delivery return the food items to the delivery boy with a written complaint of the same on the Bill against the signature of the delivery boy. Moreover, in the event of any shortfall in delivery or the food items having spilt/ or being damaged, the Customer shall inform N.G Masala Dabba of the same within 24 hours. N.G Masala Dabba shall thereafter initiate investigations in the matter of complaint received and shall make reasonable efforts to complete such investigation within a period of ten days from the date of such commencement. The decision of N.G Masala Dabba on completion of such investigation shall be final, binding and conclusive on the Customer and the customer shall not dispute the same.
  4. After the mutual agreement of refund of payment, N.G Masala Dabba shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid. In the event, if the COD servicing company denies returning, N.G Masala Dabba shall issue a cheque of the amount in favour of the Customer. Such refund shall be fulfilled in 7 working days from the date of the mutual agreement.
  5. This Policy (and any further guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
  6. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
  7. N.G Masala Dabba reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms of this Policy by posting the updated terms on the Site.
