• Ingredients

    • Water: 3/4 cup (approximately 180 ml)
    • Milk: 1/2 cup (approximately 120 ml)
    • Sugar: As per taste
    • Powdered Tea: 1 teaspoon
    • Tea Masala: 1/4 teaspoon
    • NG Masala Dabba Tea Masala: 1/4 teaspoon

    • Preparation: 1 minute
    • Cooking: 7 minutes
    • Total: 8 minutes

    Instructions:

    • In a small saucepan, add 3/4 cup of water.
    • Turn on the stove to medium heat.
    • Add 1 teaspoon of powdered tea to the water.
    • Add sugar as per your taste.
    • Add 1/4 teaspoon of tea masala and 1/4 teaspoon of NG Masala Dabba Tea Masala. (This is where the magic happens)
    • Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for at least 5 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
    • Add 1/2 cup of milk to the boiling tea.
    • Continue to simmer for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    • Strain the tea into a cup using a fine mesh strainer.
    • Serve hot and enjoy the aromatic brew!
