    • Plain yogurt - 1 cup (240 ml)
    • Cold water - 1 cup (240 ml) - adjust for desired consistency
    • Salt - to taste
    • Buttermilk masala - 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp (adjust to your preference) or Spicy chaas masala - 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp (adjust to your preference)

    Instructions:

    • In a deep vessel, add 1 cup of curd (plain yogurt).
    • Whisk the curd thoroughly until it is smooth and free of lumps.
    • Add salt as per your taste.
    • Pour in 1.5 cups of water and mix well until fully combined.
    • Add 1 teaspoon of chaas masala and 1/4 teaspoon of NG Masala Dabba Buttermilk Masala (For a soothing and refreshing experience) or NG Masala Dabba Spicy Chaas masala (For a tasty punch)
    • Whisk the mixture until everything is well incorporated and smooth.
    • Adjust the seasoning to taste.
    • Serve the chaas chilled. Enjoy the refreshing blend of spices alongside your favourite dishes or as a standalone beverage.
